Perihelion is a short story by Dan Abnett, set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. It features two of his most popular characters, Gregor Eisenhorn and Gideon Ravenor, who are both Inquisitors of the Imperium of Man. The story was originally published in the Black Library Games Day Anthology 2012, and later released as an ebook.
The story takes place during an Inquisitorial conclave on the planet Perihelion, where Eisenhorn and Ravenor are among the attendees. However, things go wrong when a rogue psyker attacks the conclave, causing chaos and bloodshed. Eisenhorn and Ravenor find themselves on opposite sides of a deadly conflict, as they have different views on how to deal with the threat. The story explores the strained relationship between the two former friends and allies, as well as their respective teams of agents and acolytes.

Bequin finds herself caught in a web of intrigue and mystery involving Eisenhorn, Ravenor and other factions of the Inquisition. The trilogy consists of Pariah, Penitent and Pandaemonium (the latter two still to be published).
